嘉義山區某教會志工猥褻2女童判刑

【徐彩媚／嘉義報導】嘉義山區一間教會汪姓（49歲，未婚）志工，利用女童小花（化名）陪爺爺、奶奶到教會做禮拜，用糖果誘拐女童到他房間，強制猥褻得逞；另名女童小莉（化名）到教會打電腦時，汪男趁機摸女童大腿內側性騷擾，嘉義地方法院今審結，判汪男強制猥褻罪3年2個月，性騷擾4個月徒刑，全案可上訴。
 
判決指出，汪男在3年前擔任教會志工時，趁當時讀小四的小花，陪爺爺、奶奶到教會做禮拜，獨自在外面玩，他誘小花到他房間拿糖果，因小花平時喊他「叔叔」不疑有它，到房間後他拿口香糖給女童，並趁機將女童拉坐在自已大腿上，撥開女童內褲，用手撫摸下體約一分鐘，小花被猥褻後，看到汪男就叫他「變態叔叔」。
 
另外，更早在4年前，女童小莉到教會2樓打電腦，汪男經過要上廁所，故意站在小莉旁邊，假裝要聊天，伸手觸摸小莉大腿內側的隱私部位，幾秒後再走去廁所。雖然汪男全盤否認，但法官認為女童和汪男並無怨仇，也未主動報警，是上輔導課時才告訴老師，揭發此事。
