檢續查 大統辣椒油沒辣椒 香精色素合成 罰兩千多萬

彰化地檢署會同縣府衛生局，今天持續前往「大統長基食品公司」擴大追查不法黑心油品，除了發現所產製大批的「花生油」類都是以沙拉油、芥花油混充再添加香精製成，根本沒有一滴花生油；標榜「純胡麻油」則是混合芥花油並以香精提味之外，今天又有重大斬獲，大統所產製的三個品項「辣椒油」完全沒有辣椒成份，而是在沙拉油內添加化學合成的「辣椒紅色素」以及「辣椒精」所合成產製，現場共查扣七百六十多瓶、多達一千七百多公升，全台有眾多餐飲、麻辣火鍋店都遭受到波及，已經要求「大統長基食品公司」展開下架與回收。

　彰化縣衛生局長葉彥伯統計，大統公司共計有七十多個品項油品涉及不法，初步以一罪一罰方式進行裁罰，加上先前不配合稽查部份，共已開告兩千五百多萬罰款的行政處份，創下國內最高罰款紀錄。
