〔記者陳鈞凱╱台北報導〕大統長基食品廠「黑心油」風暴，將成為新食品衛生管理法上路以後，開罰重鍘的第一槍！衛生福利部今（18）天表示，經彰化縣衛生局調查之後，目前罪證確鑿的已知36項食用油，包括：違法添加物、標示不實等，將「一罪一罰」，目前初估罰金將破1100萬；至於「長期摻偽」部分，也建議檢方求處最重3年徒刑。<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/nownews/life/~4/aqElbJ4iHng" height="1" width="1"/>
