志嘉出售中正區透天厝　漲停作收

【劉曉霞／台北報導】志嘉建設(5529)為活化資產決定出售台北市重慶南路一帶3筆透天厝，受此消息激勵，志嘉今天以漲停34.45元作收。志嘉財務經理顏淑芬表示，因這3筆透天厝要整合須花費較長時間，為準備接下來合建、都更和地上權開發案，做資金準備，決定委託第一太平戴維斯代為標售。

志嘉出售的這3筆透天厝分別位在台北市懷寧街84號、重慶南路1段103號，以及重慶南路1段113號，現在都滿租，出售時帶租約，分別由商旅業者、連鎖咖啡、書局和日式餐廳租賃。志嘉當初取得時的成本約7.85億元。
