馬：捷運汐止線可以不必蓋　林右昌回嗆

【戴之聖／基隆報導】總統馬英九昨天一句「捷運民生汐止線可以不必蓋」，引起軒然大波；台灣城市競爭力發展協會理事長林右昌今天上午10時召開記者會表示，捷運延伸到基隆不但可行，而且勢在必行，更強調：「基隆被邊緣化的問題要基隆人自己來救。」

林右昌還發起「號召萬人苦行到台北」活動，將在農曆年前號召1萬名基隆市民，一起來為「爭取捷運到基隆」出一份力。
