塑化風暴判賠百萬　吳焜裕：判決違反常識

【葉國吏／綜合報導】塑化劑風暴引發社會恐慌，新北地院以「塑化劑可以排出體外，對健康並未造成損害」為由，判決業者須賠121萬元。吳焜裕痛批：「這是完全違反基本毒理常識的判決」。

台灣大學公衛系與職業醫學與工業衛生研究所教授、台灣風險分析學會秘書長吳焜裕，在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《違反毒理學專業的判決》中表示，環氧乙烷已被國際衛生組織歸類為第一級致癌物，也就是有充分證據證明對人致癌。如果說毒物排出體外後，就不會對健康造成危害，那應該就要擔心它們被排出體外前，究竟在體內造成什麼危害？
