水氣增 北部東半部防大雨

中央社 – 

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北18日電）中央氣象局說，今天東北季風稍減弱，但水氣增加，迎風面北部及東半部轉陰雨天氣，應防局部大雨。

氣象局預報，基隆北海岸、宜蘭、花蓮及大台北山區有局部大雨或豪雨；中南部天氣較穩定，只有山區午後有局部短暫陣雨。

氣象局觀測，清晨因輻射冷卻效應，中部出現攝氏20度以下低溫，最低是嘉義18.7度，台中及花蓮19.7度，其他地區20度到23度。

氣象局說，白天氣溫會回升一些，北部及東半部26度到28度，中南部29度到31度，整體來說白天舒適，早晚偏涼。

氣象局提醒，東北季風雖減弱，海面風浪仍大，沿海空曠地區及外島會有較強陣風，到海邊活動要小心。1021018
