​郭台銘：台中高雄人才招募進度只到10％

【李宜儒／台北報導】鴻海（2317）董事長郭台銘表示，集團要加碼投資台灣的人才、技術及未來，其中投資地區包括日本、台北、新北市、竹北、苗栗、台中、台南、高雄都有，另外鴻海要全力招募人才，目前包括台中及高雄的人才招募進度都大約只有10%左右。

鴻海周三晚間舉行動員大會，為時約3小時，據了解，鴻海希望集團年輕化，因此參加的員工主要都是40歲以下，約有700~800人參加。郭台銘在會中表示，要加強徵才、讓人才年輕化。鴻海預計下周也會在中國廠區舉行動員大會。
