Taipei Free免費上網故障　修復時間不明

【郭美瑜／台北報導】多名民眾投訴，今天使用Taipei Free免費上網服務，卻無法登入使用；民眾鄭小姐更表示，上午11時致電1999市民熱線反映，已過6個多小時仍無法連線，竟得到「還在查原因」的回覆，她覺得速度慢得太誇張。《蘋果》記者今下午數度測試，也無法登入，晚上6點半網頁更出現「server error」訊息。

北市資訊局長詹德存表示，廠商今進行帳號資料庫備份，因不明原因造成無法連線，修復時間從下午4時延至6時，至今仍未修復，目前修復時間不明，市府會依合約扣款。
