【陳嘉恩／台北報導】童星工作時間太長問題引發立委關注，立院社會福利及衛生環境委員會下午初審通過《勞基法》修正草案，針對未滿15歲者是否可工作，將由中央主管機關依年齡、工作性質和受教育時間等因素，訂定認定基準和審查程序，經地方主管機關許可後才可以工作。

另外，現行《勞基法》規定，未滿16歲童工每天工時8小時，例假日不得工作，修法也新增「每周工時不得增加40小時」條款，制訂每周工時上限。修法條文今初審通過後，將送院會二、三讀，通過經公告後實施。
