持續受到東北季風影響，北部及東北部天氣偏涼，中部地區由於輻射冷卻影響氣溫也下降，今天清晨平地最低溫是嘉義的17.3度；氣象局預測，白天起東北季風稍減弱，北臺灣高溫會略為回升，預測北部及宜蘭、花蓮地區高溫約２５、２６度，一整天感覺仍然偏涼，中南部高溫跟今天差不多，約在２８到３０度，日夜溫差比較大，提醒大家適時增減衣物以免著涼。

降雨方面，大致上還是以迎風面的東半部及北部地區有些局部的短暫雨，中南部則大致為多雲到晴的穩定天氣。

最後提醒大家，東北季風影響，海面風浪大，沿海空曠地區及各外島仍有較強陣風出現，若要前往海邊活動請注意安全。
