隋棠昨為台視、八大偶像劇《愛的生存之道》和小嫻、張家慧、謝沛恩聯袂造勢，電視台還為22日才滿33歲的她暖壽，她一時興起，搞笑用小指挖海報上楊祐寧鼻孔。身材窈窕的隋棠，被爆料「很會吃」，一般女明星頂多吃菜不吃飯，她走「能吃就是福」路線。

除了便當吃光光，她還加碼吃自備的五穀粥，讓女星看傻眼，昨記者會結束，也只有她留下來吃甜點，以她這173公分高、52公斤的纖細體格，還真看不出是個「飯桶」，阿霞聽說她每天都會跑步、上健身房偷練功，這才是演藝圈的生存之道啊！
