藝人殺手警員為民服務　化身行動五金行

【塗豐駿／台北報導】警察變身行動五金行！專抓藝人酒駕有「藝人殺手」稱號警員劉英傑，上週10月9日凌晨服巡邏勤務，於2時許在北市光復南路上，發現有車輛警報器持續作響，以為有人趁深夜偷車，上前查看，一名女子無助的站在車旁，劉員經盤查後得知黃姓女子為車主，因車輛遙控器沒電，所以無法解除警報器聲響，身上雖有另一遙控器有同款電池，但沒有工具替換，苦無方法解決。
 
警員劉英傑服勤時全身帶著各種裝備，他用隨身攜帶的瑞士刀，在附近便利商店內明亮處，替黃姓車主的遙控器更換電池，解除了警報器聲響降低噪音，也化解黃女車輛沒電顧路困擾，劉員表示身上攜帶各類工具，就是以備不時之需，希望可以替民眾解決各種疑難雜症。
