【劉榮輝／台南報導】台南市東區南聖里長周翊庭今天控訴關聖里長劉文景在13日參加廟會平安宴上，他與人交談時，出拳毆打他，他當場受傷流鼻血，今天下午周出示驗傷單對劉提出傷害告訴，劉則喊冤「根本是誤會一場」，但仍尊重周的權利。
