倒閣未過　綠委建議發動罷免10藍委

【黃揚明／台北報導】因倒閣案闖關失敗，民進黨下一步戰術格外引人注目。民進黨立委姚文智建議，倒馬的方向不變，但因彈劾、罷免總統的門檻比倒閣還高，且馬英九總統任期還有2年多，若要提案就該抱持「不成功便成仁」決心，建議民進黨全黨選擇10名馬意藍委結合民間社團發動罷免行動，讓立院席次拉近，再提罷免、彈劾總統。

民進黨團幹事長高志鵬說，從倒閣投票結果可看出國民黨的民意代表已淪為「馬意代表」，為了不讓民意機關變成馬意機關，民進黨團應走自己的路，走和人民一起的路。書記長吳秉叡說，目前關閉朝野協商是最直接的方式，畢竟和他們馬意立委協商也沒意義，呼籲選民發出怒吼，一起倒馬。
