倒閣未過　王丹：是民調還是選舉制度有問題

【胡治言／綜合報導】立法院表決倒閣案未過關，對此，中國民運人士王丹在臉書表示，民調53%以上贊成倒閣，民意代表卻是6成反對倒閣。這現象到底「是民調有問題？還是選舉制度有問題？」發文短短25分鐘，吸引逾5百人按讚，近百人留言。

王丹在臉書同時也寫到：「民調53%以上贊成倒閣，民意代表中是六成以上反對倒閣。台灣憲政民主發展進程中，出現這樣的倒掛現象不是第一次了。這顯然有問題。」並質疑這種現象的發生到底「是民調有問題？還是選舉制度有問題？」

網友看完後表示：「倒閣記名投票本身就是一個奇怪的制度，根本違反憲法的原則」並說記名投票在黨紀伺候的前提下，這個功能「蕩然無存。」更有網友諷刺的說到，台灣「只有自由思想，沒有民主思想。」
