【李菁豪／高雄報導】軍事迷有福了！為增加國內軍事學術研究風氣，同時廣植全民國防觀念，國防部翻譯編印選自全球軍事學術文章的《國防譯粹－102年10月號（共軍研析）》，即日起已派送至台北市國軍歷史文物館，民眾可於每週1至週5，帶著有照片的身份證件，親自到國軍歷史文物館免費索取，每人每期限索取1本。

本月最新1期的《國防譯粹》探討共軍武力，從美國911恐怖攻擊事件後對中共戰略所造成的衝擊和美國2013年中共軍力報告評析談起，特別針對共軍海權崛起過程、發展新型隱形戰機，以及運用高射程攻船彈道影響區域安全來做具體詳述，期待民眾能更進一步瞭解共軍近年來的軍力發展過程。
