想問一下支付寶到底怎操作如果我想在掏寶網上買一雙鞋子 1.儲值支付寶這點我弄不是很清楚法令好像禁止儲值了有板友推酷悠可是它手續費多少錢? 因為支付寶的優點是可以收到貨款才扣款(點數) 2.信用卡 visa跟master手續費都是成交金額1.5% 可是銀行說刷卡的話就沒有保障貨品收到才扣款而是下單的瞬間就扣款所以如果我沒收到貨或被賣家騙就要自認倒楣 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.130.58
