逛百貨撞傷人　女過失傷害判拘10天

【張欽／台北報導】王姓女子去年底到SOGO百貨公司B1樓層逛街時，因專注右方沒注意身旁是否有人，左肩不慎碰撞旁邊劉姓女子的右肩，致劉女重心不穩跌坐地面，造成劉女頸、腰椎及左膝處挫傷，全身疼痛。
 
台北地院審理時，王女坦承犯行，並願與劉女和解，但因和解金談不攏，法官考量王女在百貨公司人潮穿梭、往來頻繁之際，不慎擦撞劉女，致劉女倒地受傷，但事後也一直陪在劉女身邊，沒有逃避離開，因此依過失傷害罪判王女拘役10天，得易科罰金1萬元，緩刑2年，全案可再上訴。
