王金平拒檢評會約詢　羅瑩雪：尊重

【賴又嘉／台北報導】對於立法院長王金平昨表示，不接受檢察官評鑑委員會約詢，法務部長羅瑩雪上午受訪時說：「尊重他的意見。」

王金平另指檢評會干涉國會自律，羅瑩雪說，有沒有干預要看調查內容，現在是在調查檢察官應該受評鑑的事項，檢評會是在過程中努力了解事實真相，至於有無介入立法院運作，她不予置評，因她不了解檢評會約詢王金平的理由。
 
此外，廣播主持人周玉蔻昨專訪羅瑩雪時，曾問是否認為立院質詢是亂源，羅沒立即回答，被外界質疑是默認，羅瑩雪今天澄清：「我沒有這個意思。」並指周玉蔻突然問這個問題，不知怎麼回答，一時停頓一下，不是默認。
