大陸人民銀行公布2013年前三季金融統計數據，9月新增人民幣貸款7,870億元(人民幣,下同)，高於路透調查預計的6,500億元。人行同時公布了2013年前三季社會融資規模統計數據，9月社會融資規模為1.4兆元，分別較上月和去年同期少1,784億元和2,413億元，呈現雙降。

路透社報導，大陸9月新增人民幣貸款高於預期，社會融資規模則高檔回落。在金融支撐實體經濟的同時，表外融資擴張之勢略有得到抑制，當月管理層在融資方式上應是「有保有壓」。

大陸9月底廣義貨幣(M2)餘額107.74兆元、年增14.2%，較上月底低0.5個百分點，較去年底高0.4個百分點。分析認為，大陸單月M2增速雖略有回檔，然仍高於人行今年調控目標，整體物價在緩慢上升的趨勢中，限制著政策放鬆的空間；惟通膨尚不具備大幅跳升的風險，外圍環境又面臨不確定性，貨幣政策預計繼續維持中性。
