【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣員山鄉蘭陽北龍宮12日舉辦「南巡謁祖、回駕遶境」活動，晚間陣頭施放煙火超過4小時，大街小巷炮聲隆隆，不僅居民強烈不滿，宜蘭演藝廳外國知名演奏家更憤而罷演；宜蘭縣政府環保局長陳登欽今天上午在縣務會議上表示，將依《噪音管制法》對北龍宮開罰3千元。
 
陳登欽也說明，將依權責修訂《宜蘭縣噪音管制範圍》：學校、公立演藝場所、博物館、圖書館30公尺範圍內，晚上10時至翌日上午6時，禁止燃放爆竹及禁止使用擴音設備。另醫院30公尺範圍內，則是全天24小時全面禁止。【更多精彩內容，請看《蘋果跑跳碰》粉絲團】
