立院記名表決不信任案　藍憂跑票嚴監票

【何哲欣／台北報導】立法院上午表決對行政院長江宜樺的不信任案，採記名投票，擔任主席的立法院長王金平先一一說明投票規則，並請議事人員佈置場地。稍後立委一一領票、投票，擔任監票員的藍委陳淑慧，還在其他藍委蓋完章後，檢查是否投錯。不過親民黨立委李桐豪投票時，陳淑慧仍緊盯，引起李不滿。一旁的國民黨團書記長林德福說，「這是記名投票啊！」

不少藍委也在投票後，拿起手機在票匭前拍照留念。連立法院長王金平投票時，陳淑慧也在一旁幫他拍照。王金平投完票後就離開，由副院長洪秀柱擔任主席。

上午從9點開始投票，但半小時後，藍委幾乎都已經完成投票，民進黨團則還在開黨團大會，僅綠委蕭美琴與姚文智先來投票。
