鍵盤心理師說一下話。不管是真的心理師還是鍵盤心理師都不能做診斷，但是看到有人說「輕度」憂鬱症症狀比較輕微，其實不能算做完全正確。某種程度上來說，個人覺得輕度憂鬱症還比較慘。 dysthymia這個診斷就DSM-IV-TR為標準的話，其中有一項應該是兩年內，其症狀至少持續兩個月以上。代表說真的得到這個診斷的話，你是持續的心情不好，而不像其他情緒障礙至少有一些起伏。所以單純從中文的翻譯「輕」鬱症來看不是完全正確的。女主角試圖操作別人，而且有後續的行為，應該是有其他議題。版上大部分人應該只是霧裡看花，我的感覺是，許多這類文章，只是想要試著詮釋自己的正義罷了。希望大家對精神疾病或是情緒障礙可以有更多的認識，也期待對精神疾病或是情緒障礙的污名化有一天可以停止。 -- 假如一切都可以重來我想我還是不會好好把握 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.140.199.137
