【胡治言／綜合報導】台北市衛生局上月抽檢20件不鏽鋼餐盒，檢出2成5、5件錳含量自10.6至13.38％不等，已超出一般以鐵鎳錳鉻合金製造的不鏽鋼產品，錳上限10％的標準。

《蘋果》報導，經濟部標準檢驗局官員說，目前金屬製飯盒依國家標準，建議採用編號304不鏽鋼，但這非強制規定，是否需強制規定，應由衛生福利部規定。林口長庚醫院毒物科主治醫師顏宗海說，錳含量逾10％已偏高，長期使用恐罹阿滋海默症等神經退化疾病，應挑選編號至少304的產品，勿買沒標編號者。
