這個玩笑有點大　阿塞德：我應得和平獎

【周佩萱／綜合外電報導】根據黎巴嫩報紙Al-Akhbar報導，敘利亞總統阿塞德近日接待外賓時，開玩笑地表示自己應該獲頒諾貝爾和平獎，引發外媒嘲諷表示這個玩笑開得有點大。

看看敘利亞當前的狀況，2011年3月爆發的內戰至今依舊不見結束的跡象，奪走超過11萬5千條人命，逾150萬人成難民。
 
另外，敘利亞先前申請加入，甫獲諾貝爾和平獎的「禁用化武組織」(OPCW，Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons) ，13日正式成為會員，是第190個加入的國家，根據規範敘利亞必須在27日前，交出摧毀化武清單，禁化武組織人員必須在11月1日前完成清單檢驗，11月15日前提出摧毀化武計畫，預計2014年中完成摧毀工作。
