我今早先給店員1000加值100元到icash 再用icash付帳但店員最後只還我icash+加值的單據忘記找零.......... 而我當下也忘了拿了咖啡就離開晚上吃晚餐打開錢包才發現似乎沒找零 (因為錢太少了) 已經跟店員反應並留下資訊不知道有沒有比較積極的做法? 覺得被動等通知應該就沒下文了...... 有人清楚他們通常會每天盤點營收嗎？商店櫃臺通常會有攝影機可以調閱嗎？有點擔心900元是不是拿的回來呀.......... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.229.6.200
