各位版友好! 有一個關於勞退自提的問題想請教版上的精算師. 小弟現在29歲, 月薪10w, 預計65歲退休(還有36年), 這樣自提勞退6%划算嗎? 加上獎金之後所得稅級距是20%, 若沒有提勞退的話, 要多繳72000 * 20% = 14400, 先不論調薪, 若不提勞退, 36年要繳掉518400, 這部分血本無歸. 若自提勞退6%的話, 一年繳72000, 35年繳掉2592000, 但這還沒算政府勞退基金的複利, 聽說最低是1.4%, 我也查不到政府勞退基金的歷史獲利紀錄. 但複利對我說太複雜了 .. 想請問有沒有精算師曾經算過月薪多少以上自提較划算呢? 感激不盡! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.190.98
