標題[問題] 會計人，繼續留事務所或先進上市櫃卡位??

本人9月底從四大審計部離職，共做了兩年 而最近有幸獲得某四大稅務部的offer，負責稅簽和租稅規劃 同時還有一間製造業傳產上市公司(近年獲利不錯)的offer，負責AP/AR 而底薪兩者相近，但加班程度則是稅務部會較忙，但有加班費可報 想請問，就各位會計前輩們的經驗來看，在這個職涯分歧點上 我應該選擇哪一條路對未來的發展會比較好? 老實說我是不怕加班的人，任勞任怨，所以有人叫我繼續留事務所 做個七八年後再去上市公司卡主管職 但也有朋友跟我說，既然現在已有機會到上市公司，就先去卡位，越早越好。 各位覺得呢?? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.166.94.85 ※ Abieee:轉錄至看板 Accounting 10/14 18:36 ※ 編輯: Abieee 來自: 118.166.94.85 (10/14 18:44)
