江揆：倒閣案若不過 可提施政計畫

行政院長江宜樺今天親自主持記者會回應倒閣案，媒體詢問是否不信任案不過，即代表立法院對行政院的信任，江宜樺未正面回應。

他指出，不信任案是我國憲法中的制度設計，讓代表民意的立法院，有權檢視行政院的施政表現及政策方向，也讓行政院有機會確認施政作為的正當性，他對民進黨提出不信任案表示尊重。

江宜樺說，不信任案將在明天表決，期盼感謝執政黨立委的全力支持，若是不信任案被否決，使行政團隊通過信任投票，他將適時向大家報告下一步的施政計畫。
