父性侵怕懷孕　唆使女兒誣賴羊奶員

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名中度智能障礙女子自高中起遭父親性侵6次，去年疑似懷孕，狼父教唆女兒誣賴指稱，遭附近廟宇的阿伯、送貨的羊奶員性侵；醫院發現女子下體舊傷口，通報家暴中心調查，女才坦誠「爸爸當我男朋友很久了」。高雄地方法院判決狼父妨害性自主與誣告，執行有期徒刑5年8個月且強制治療。

《聯合報》報導，判決書指出，狼父指控外人性侵她女兒，帶女兒到醫院檢查，發現她未懷孕，但醫院發現她下體有舊傷口，通知高市家庭暴力暨性侵害防治中心。

被害女第1次偵訊時，眼神飄移，尋求父親給予暗示；第2次訊問時才坦承「第一次做筆錄時全都說謊，爸爸教我這樣說的」；女兒表示「我跟爸爸是男女朋友，爸爸當我男朋友很久了」才吐實情，父親在她高一時，趁她洗澡、睡覺時，兩人發生性關係。
