倒閣角力第一戰　朝野立委爭相搶發言

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院將於中午11點半開始舉行全院委員會，審議民進黨團提出的倒閣案，預計將有75位朝野立委輪番上台發言，表達支持與反對立場。上午10點不到，就有9位藍綠立委到場排隊，希望在10點半登記時能搶到較前面的發言順序，其中民進黨團幹事長高志鵬與書記長吳秉叡9點40分左右就率先到議場前排隊，搶下頭香。

第三位到場的是國民黨團書記長林德福，隨後藍委江惠貞、綠委林岱樺抵達，高志鵬嗆：「現在是3比2（指藍綠委人數），倒閣成功！」沒想到話剛說完，藍委王育敏就到場回嗆：「是3比3，你話說太早了！」隨後林德福開始打電話動員藍委到場排隊，但綠委因發動10點抵達議場甲級動員，人數較藍委多出不少。

10點10分時，高志鵬宣布，現在是「14比4，倒閣還是成功！」王育敏再回：「人數還沒過半，不算！」10時半不到已有30多位立委藍綠立委排隊等待登記。在倒閣戰役前互相打嘴鼓，形成朝野對峙氣氛中的有趣畫面。
