【短片】外勞遭撞死 住戶：大家都在飆車啦

【王文傑／花蓮報導】一名32歲的菲律賓籍男性外勞瑞南提（Hjit Reynante）昨深夜11時許喝得爛醉騎車到美崙工業區訪友，騎經美工六街、精美十字路口遭一輛重30公噸的水泥載運車擦撞，肉包鐵的外勞被撞飛十米外，機車還被夾在水泥車右後輪拖行17米，外勞則被撞得肋骨盡碎、顱骨凹陷，當場斃命。附近民眾說：「六米寬道路大家都在飆車，常有死亡車禍，晚上睡覺心驚驚」
 
  肇事許姓司機酒測值零，當場指控機車騎士沒開大燈，他表示，十字路口前沒看到燈影閃爍，等發現有機車橫向經過要煞車已來不及。但警方根據現場17米的煞車痕研判，水泥車當時車速過快是釀禍主因。
