【曾佳俊／新北報導】廣受民眾歡迎的新北市聯合婚禮，將於本月20日舉行，民政局今天上午於板橋區公所禮堂召開準新人說明會，現場湧進超過百位準新郎、新娘，為了鼓勵生育，現場也邀請愛麗生婦產科醫師潘俊亨傳授「順利懷孕7大絕招」與夫妻相處之道，播放精子與卵子結合過程影帶，點破國人自卑迷思的同時，也指導大家如何成功「做人」。

潘俊亨點出，男性陰莖平均有10到13公分，而女性陰道約8公分，「其實很夠用啦」「不用羨慕土耳其王子」，受孕最好的作愛姿勢就是「面對面」，老公用枕頭將老婆頭部墊高，這樣易碰G點高潮，精蟲也比較接近輸卵管。
