【方翊倩／綜合報導】法務部監聽調查小組定調檢察總長黃世銘監督不周，特偵組監聽國會是行政疏失，藍綠要求黃世銘知所進退。

《聯合報》報導，對法務部調查報告，總統府表示尊重，但藍綠立委都要黃世銘知所進退，甚至要求自動請辭。核心黨政人士表示，回歸案件本身，黃世銘是揭開司法弊案，「若不這麼做，反而是有虧職守」。他特別強調，「高層從未有要黃世銘下台的思考」，即可以檢討、但沒有去留問題，力挺黃世銘意味濃厚。
