柯文哲：參選至今未花1毛錢　其他人難超越

【張博亭／台北報導】台大醫院創傷醫學部主任柯文哲今天在《熱血仁醫》新書發表會上表示，他創造了「柯文哲現象」和「柯文哲障礙」，所謂「柯文哲現象」是指一位從未參與政治的台大醫師，民調卻很高；而「柯文哲障礙」則指他從準備北市長競選到現在還沒有花過任何1毛錢，是「0元競選法」，就像後援會成立，不僅沒用發走路工，連民眾都是自己帶便當來助選，其他人很難超越，這真的是罕見的現象。
 
柯文哲指出，他了解如果真的要參選，前總統陳水扁的問題一定無法迴避，他也已經想好回應，就是希望讓扁回家。柯說兩周前去探望扁，扁的退化程度越來越嚴重，因為尿失禁，一天要換8到12次的褲子，又因扁為了顧及面子與尊嚴，不願穿尿布，所以扁生活的蠻辛苦。
