狗咬雞　養雞戶放餌毒死狗被法辦

【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】鳳林鎮周姓山蘇農（40歲）指控鄰居養雞戶謝男（50歲），在住宅附近馬路旁放「加了老鼠藥的香腸」毒狗。周男表示，上月底他親眼看到謝男提著一桶香腸，好奇問謝男：「這是要做什麼用途」謝男說田裡老鼠為患，要去放毒餌，事隔1個小時，他飼養的2隻狗都口吐白沫倒地抽搐，送醫不治，他氣得找謝男理論。

沒想到本月5日附近劉姓住戶養的3隻狗也因為誤食毒香腸枉死，周男憤而一狀告上警局。謝男坦承放餌毒狗，他氣說：「姓周的養了7、8隻狗也不管好，時常跑來咬死我養的雞，讓我損失慘重，我才放餌毒狗。」警訊後將謝男依動保法及毀損罪嫌移送法辦。
