小四童戒指卡手指紅腫　求助消防隊

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化縣小四陳姓男童今天將女同學送的白鐵戒指戴在右手食指上，卻因為太緊拔不下來，還開始紅腫疼痛，男童父親趕緊將他送到附近的消防隊花壇分隊求救，消防隊員李錫欽、張恩得先幫男童手指墊上塑膠墊片、花不到3 分鐘終將戒指以斜口鉗剪斷取下。

男童在警消剪斷戒指時倒吸了好幾口氣，還小小聲唉了一下，但警消還是稱讚男童很勇敢，完全沒有喊痛也沒哭。

消防隊員張恩德說，3天前也有一名35歲殷姓男子，因左手無名指受傷腫脹，導致戒指也無法取下，男子忍痛前往消防隊求救，隊員先清潔傷口、冰敷、抹上凡士林後，再利用尖嘴鉗及斜口鉗剪斷，耗費近半小時才剪斷。

張恩得說，戒指若太緊會造成手指紅腫、疼痛、血液循環不良，甚至局部壞死，如無法摘下時，千萬不要用力硬拉，應先冰敷消腫後再嘗試摘下，若真的無法取下，必須請求專業119人員協助，以免造成傷害。
