「叮咚」聲擾清夢　7-11低頻噪音判賠20萬

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】統一超商（7-ELEVEn）「叮咚」聲、冷氣室外機等低頻噪音雖未超出法定標準值30分貝，但台北市男子鐘進民經鑑定屬聽力敏感者，可聽到15分貝聲響，半夜睡不著控告7-11。台北地院昨判超商須賠20萬元，且夜間不得發出逾15分貝的低頻聲響，創下國內超商噪音擾鄰判賠首例。

統一超商強調，鐘男反映太吵已改善，實測相關設備夜間低頻聲21分貝，低於標準值30分貝，但為敦親睦鄰，願自費替鐘男施作防噪音設備卻遭拒。

統一超商公關莊靜如說：「連市售超靜音冷氣的聲響都逾30分貝，若要求調整到15分貝以下，太困難，會上訴。」鐘男的律師昨表示：「肯定此判決，可能不會上訴。」
