男求復合遭拒絕　女友住處引火自焚當場燒死

台南市一名29歲的吳姓男子與交往2年的陳姓女友，疑似因感情生變，發生爭吵，吳男到陳女家要求見面被拒，憤而在陳女住處樓梯間潑汽油，引火自焚當場燒死。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，吳男11日到陳女家欲跟女友見面並挽回感情，卻遭到其家勸離，竟於當日凌晨2時50分左右，開車到附近加油站買50公升的汽油，再度回到陳女住處，打電話央求其開門仍遭拒，憤而當場自焚。

而檢警指出，相驗監視器畫面後，確認是吳男自己買汽油引火自焚，雖然其涉及公共危險罪，但因吳男已身亡，將以不起訴結案。

另外，有鄰居發現異狀開門查看，意外燙傷手腳及臉部，送醫後無生命危險。
