標題[心得] 很不推的中原第一家麻辣豆腐

今天到店裏面點了麻辣豆腐+泡麵 90元湯頭喝的第一口，是苦的豆腐不是臭豆腐… 第一次吃到這麼難吃的麻辣臭豆腐… 湯頭很不ok，豆腐也很不ok 中央宵夜街的暗黑料理街的尾端麻辣鴨血豆腐都比這家強太多了！！真是令人失望中的失望。心目中，中壢優秀的麻辣臭豆腐仍是中壢夜市的簡師傅，湯頭好喝，豆腐夠臭清敦的，則是台北饒河夜市的施老闆的麻辣臭豆腐第一家麻辣豆腐真的難以入口吃了幾口就不吃了。不能明白它仍在中原立足多年… -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.141.128.213
