沖繩要求日本政府處理中國海警船問題

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】日本沖繩縣議會昨（11日）通過一份意見書，要求日本政府就中國海警船屢次駛入尖閣諸島（釣魚台列嶼）海域附近日本領海，應與中方進行外交談判，並保證日方漁業人員的安全。沖繩方面對《日台漁業協議》也有意見，要求日本政府應重新研究。

沖繩縣議會在該意見書中指出，尖閣諸島無論「從歷史上或者國際法上來看」都是日本領土，但日本政府去年9月將尖閣諸島收歸國有後，中國公務船開始在尖閣海域常態航行，這將「損及沖繩與中國之間的良好關係」。

沖繩縣議會還要求日本政府重新研究《日台漁業協議》，並稱今年9月沖繩和台灣的漁船在協議中允許台方作業的海域發生相撞事故，縣議會批評日本政府就此責任重大。
