星期四是雙十國慶，老天爺給大家一個不錯的天氣，除了基隆北海岸、宜蘭會有零星陣雨之外，其他地區都是穩定的好天氣，越往南部走天氣越好、陽光越大。而氣溫的部分也是越往南走越熱，北部高溫約30-31度，南部32度，中午還是感覺熱一些，早晚略涼，外出時記得帶件薄外套，日夜溫差大。

現在有兩個熱帶低壓發展，未來持續增強成為颱風的機會相當高，目前位置在菲律賓東方海面上，距離相當近，兩個都有機會在未來24小時內增強為颱風，其中比較近的這個低壓未來會朝西走，另一個會朝北走，對台灣影響的程度就要看東北風南下的時間，如果東北風南下的時間剛好與颱風經過呂宋島的時間一致，東北部地區就要小心降雨，不過目前還不一定，未來幾天會是觀察的關鍵期。
