一段3名外籍女子虐狗影片，近日來在網路上引起廣大回響。影片中3名疑似東南亞女子，先用腳撥弄一隻有著黑白相間花紋的小狗，一開始狗狗還能四處逃竄，但還是被3人踢回畫面內。隨著小狗哀嚎聲越來越大，3人下腳更加殘酷，甚至直接踩到小狗身上，一陣踩踏後，小狗動也不動，顯然已經死亡。

影片上傳後，引起大批網友撻伐，希望能為枉死的小狗討回公道。就讀台南應用科技大學的網友「羅蜜歐」說，本月3日接到友人傳來該段影片，希望他協助找出「兇手」，他把影片上傳臉書後，已有來自國內外將近3萬人分享，留言數也高達2萬2000多則，他呼籲更多人轉傳，想辦法揪出這3名行兇女子。（記者黃文鍠）
