公督盟：國營事業預算延宕　立法院應檢討

【林修卉／台北報導】立法院審查102年度國營事業預算，已延宕313天。公民監督國會聯盟上午召開記者會，抨擊立法院不積極審議，年年延宕，國營事業預算卻年年執行，不具實際約束力，導致中油、台電營運更不好，大漲油價和電價，影響民生物價。

公督盟提出4項訴求，要求1.儘速通過102年國營事業預算，勿違法延宕；2.朝野應針對國營事業預算審查機制進行檢討，讓未來預算可依法完成；3.重新檢討《預算法》54條，勿讓例外條款成為後門條款；4.強化預算中心功能，並增加立委預算審查資源。
