特偵早知0972是立院總機？　羅瑩雪不知情

【綜合報導】今天出刊的《壹週刊》報導特偵組曾在9月28日開記者會前，查出立院0972的節費電話是立院總機，但特偵組仍繼續監聽電話。立委賴世葆上午在立院質詢法務部長羅瑩雪時，要求羅進行說明。但羅表示不知情。
 
賴世葆還質問法務部監聽調查小組的調查報告在本周會不會出來？羅瑩雪也表示不知道。賴指法務部鬥爭很厲害，分成好幾派，所以有人把消息放出來，要羅回去查清楚。賴說，他不贊成倉促決定廢特偵組。
