森林打火隊吊掛演練 提升防災應變能力

【大紀元2013年10月08日訊】（大紀元記者詹亦菱台灣花蓮報導）花蓮林務局林區管理處為防患未然加強森林火災及災害防救應變，於8日展開直升機吊掛訓練，增進機降救火技術，提升救災應變能力。

直升機操演包括直升機裝備及性能介紹、吊掛指揮手勢及相關安全程序等，並為救災緊急應變完成勤務，救火隊員須在15公尺高的空中進出機艙完成吊掛作業，受訓人員都感受收獲豐碩，也引起路過民眾圍觀。

花蓮林管處處長吳坤銘表示，林火搶救重在初期撲滅，若以直升機緊急運送打火隊滅火，會將災害降至最低；但直升機吊掛運送救火員具有風險性，救火員不但要有過人膽識且須熟練技術，林管處動員內政部空勤總隊及國家搜救中心啟動應變機制，和相關單位緊急應變指揮、通報，提升現場處理能力。
