馬：特偵組不應廢

總統府昨天中午召開5人黨政會報，國民黨中央政策會執行長林鴻池轉述，馬英九總統對特偵組的立場是，「特偵組有維持必要，不應該廢除」，而且指示國民黨團在處理法案時，應對外講清楚、說明白。

林鴻池表示，特偵組當初設立有其歷史淵源，專辦人民深惡痛絕的高官貪汙、選舉舞弊等，回應民意訴求，仍然有存在必要。

國民黨內力促「馬王和解」，並希望王金平循黨內體制提申訴，立法院長王金平昨天回應，國民黨考紀會撤銷他的黨籍，他是為了保護自己才提告，如果撤銷告訴，不就等於院長和立委的職務馬上就沒有了？目前一切依照律師定調，依照法律程序走。

黨政人士重申，王金平確認黨籍存在與否的民事訴訟，是王提出的，馬的立場是希望是非能夠盡速釐清，也兼顧政局安定。
