法務部行文立院測試監聽　遭立院否決

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】法務部昨發函立法院針對「監聽事件調查小組」調查需要請求協助，包括立院是否配公務手機給立委使用及配發狀況、0972電話架構及路由。也請求協助實機模擬測試，以瞭解節費電話監錄的可能情況。

不過，朝野一致否決這項要求，協商時迅速達成共識，強調「基於國會自主原則，本院不同意法務部函請協助節費電話實機監錄測試等請求」。
