精障男8年殺3人　最高院生死辯

【胡治言／綜合報導】患有精神分裂症的陳姓男子（31歲），8年內殺死3人，最高法院昨開庭辯論，陳男律師團主張：「精障者不可判死。」但檢方認為陳犯下「最嚴重的罪」，應判死刑。全案定本月二十一日宣判。

《蘋果》報導，陳男十前誘殺一對國小姊妹花被判刑，出獄後又亂棒打死林姓檳榔西施，8年內連奪3命，一、二審都判他死刑，最高法院昨開庭辯論，陳的律師團主張：「國際人權公約、聯合國決議都認為，精障者不可判處或執行死刑」，但檢方則認為陳男8年殺3人，手段兇狠，請求最高法院駁回上訴。
